Qualifications

​Appraisal Experience:

​I have over 20 years experience appraising all types of real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area, including complex properties.  I have worked with numerous appraisal firms in my career including Bay2Bay Appraisals, Pacific Valuation Service, Denton Valuation and Arthur Gimmy International.

​Real Estate Development Experience:

​In addition to my appraisal experience, I have owned, managed, renovated and developed several residential buildings (including new development and condo conversions) in San Francisco and the East Bay.

​Education:

​​Recently completed BREA classes include National USPAP Update, Laws & Regulations for California Appraisers, Appraisal for Litigation, Expert Witness Testimony, etc.
